How do I earn credits for free ice?

1. JOIN: Join the TTI Club by texting the word JOIN to the ice machine phone number displayed on the front of the machine OR call the phone number and follow the voice instructions. You will earn 4 credits toward a free vend when you join and you will receive your personal TTI Number (TTI#). The TTI# is your code to share with friends and on social media. When a friend uses your TTI#, your friend gets a free ice vend and you get a credit toward a free vend for yourself. You only need 5 credits to receive a free ice vend!
2. VISIT: When you purchase ice, text the word VISIT to the ice machine phone number listed on the front of the ice machine within 2 minutes of your purchase. Alternatively, you may call the phone number and follow the interactive voice responses. Visits require a purchase to earn a credit. Once a visit is verified by our system, you will get a credit added to your account. Get 5 credits, and you get a free vend! Only one (1) credited VISIT per day is allowed. If you normally purchase two or more bags of ice per visit, please see Freedom Vending below for even more discount on ice.
3. REDEEM: When you have 5 or more credits and want to get your free vend, just text the word REDEEM to the ice machine phone number listed on the front of the ice machine and follow directions in the text response. Alternatively, you may call the phone number and follow the interactive voice responses.
4. BALANCE: To see how many credits you have, just text BALANCE to the ice machine phone number listed on the front of the ice machine and follow directions in the text response. Alternatively, you may call the phone number and follow the interactive voice responses.
5. REFER: Your TTI# is for sharing with friends and on social media. You earn 1 credit every time someone uses your TTI# and your friend gets a free vend of ice. Send your TTI# to everybody you know. Post to your friends on Facebook and Instagram and tell them to use your TTI# to get a free ice vend. Share the love! If you don't remember your TTI#, text the word TTI or call the the ice machine phone number to get your TTI# and number of credits available. You can Personalize your TTI# to anything you want to make it memorable and fun.
6.   FREEDOM VENDING: This is the best deal in town. With Freedom Vending, you earn a credit for every bag you purchase. Without Freedom Vending, you earn a credit per visit not per bag and you're limited to one (1) visit per day. In order to earn a credit for each bag you buy, you must pre-fund your IceBank in advance of any purchases. See Freedom Vending for details.

How do I redeem a coupon code, TTI#, Refund, or code?

All codes must be redeemed at a participating TTI Club affiliated ice machine. On the front of the machine you will find a decal with the title TO REDEEM YOUR CODE.... This will explain that you need to text your Code or TTI# (you can text the word REDEEM in place of your TTI#) to the phone number specified. Each machine has it's own phone number so make sure you are at the machine with the specified phone number. You may also call the phone number and perform the same actions. You may also scan the QR Code with your phone camera to pre-fill the phone number and then type in your code and send. Within a few seconds, you'll get a response text saying Vend Credit Issued. Press the button for your ice selection within 45 seconds. That's it!

Am I texting with a person?

The short answer is no. This is a computer program with automated responses. However, we have support staff monitoring the system 24/7 and we will send you a text, likely from the same ice machine phone number, to assist as needed. We'll typically respond with something like "Hello from TTI Club Support.". You may also request support by texting SUPPORT to the ice machine phone number or calling the ice machine phone number and selecting the support option and leave a voice mail.

Interactive Voice Response (IVR)

In addition to texting the ice machine phone number, we also allow you to call the same number for interactive voice responses (IVR). From the IVR, you can JOIN the TTI Club, VISIT, REDEEM, get your IceCred BALANCE, as well as get ice machine or TTI Club support. So, most of the things you can do with a text you can also do with a phone call.

How do I find a TTI Club Participating Location?

That's easy! Go to https://TTIClub.com/Locations and click the button "From Current Location" to show ice machines nearest to your current location. You can then click on the Google Maps link to get directions or the Facebook page for the ice machine.

What do I get by joining the TTI Club?

By joining the TTI Club, you get your own code called a TTI Number (TTI#), which you can personalize to your liking. Each time you visit a TTI Club participating location, text the word VISIT the machine's phone number under "TO REDEEM YOUR CODE..." on the front of the machine. Then, follow instructions in the text response. If we see your purchase within 2 minutes of your text, you'll be given a credit. After 5 verified purchases, you'll earn a free ice vend. To earn free ice vends faster, share your TTI# on social media, with friends, and work associates. They will get a free ice vend and you'll get a credit toward a free ice vend. Share your TTI# everywhere!

As A Bonus! When you join the TTI Club, you get 4 credits toward a free ice vend. If you purchase ice at the time you join, you'll get one more credit to enable you to receive one free vend right then.

In addition, you will be notified of free ice days, promotions, and giveaways. You'll get these notifications as a TTI Club member way in advance of others even knowing about it.

How do I find out how many credits I have?

It's easy! Just text TTI or BALANCE to the ice machine phone number OR go to TTI Club website and login with your phone number and your TTI# OR call the ice machine phone number and follow the interactive voice responses. If you don't remember your TTI Number, click Forgot TTI Number, enter your phone number, and we'll text it to you.

Once logged in, you'll see your visits, credits, referrals, and you'll be able to personalize your TTI Number. In addition, you can add funds to your Freedom Vending IceBank for a true cashless and touchless vending experience and add friends and family to enable them to use your Credits and IceBank funds.

How do I personalize my TTI Number?

To change your TTI# to something more memorable and more fun to share, all you need to do is to go to https://tticlub.com/LoginClub. You login with your phone number and TTI#. Once logged in, just click "Personalize TTI Number" from the top right dropdown. You can then personalize your TTI Number. Just click save and then share your new TTI# with everyone you know. If you forgot your TTI#, just click Forgot TTI Number? under the login button to get your TTI# texted to you.

How do I secure my TTI Club account?

If you're a TTI Club member, you normally login with your phone number and your TTI#. The problem is if you share your TTI# and the person that uses your TTI# happens to know you and your phone number, they can login as you to your TTI Club Member account. So, when you login, goto the top right dropdown menu and select Set/Change Account Password. Once you set your password, you can no longer login with your TTI# but will have to login with your password, which you should be the only person that knows. You're now secure.

What is a VISIT and how does it work?

When you text the word VISIT to the ice machine's phone number OR you call the machine phone number and visit using interactive voice response, you are telling TTI Club that you made or are about to make a purchase of ice and want to record it for your credit. You'll need to make your purchase within 2 minutes of your text; before or after. The best thing to do is to make your ice purchase, then while waiting, text VISIT to the ice machine's phone number OR call the machine phone number and follow the voice prompts. A VISIT requires a purchase to be credited and you can have only one (1) 'credited' visit per day. If you want to earn credits for every bag purchased, then check out Freedom Vending IceBank.

What happens if I don't get credited for my purchase?

Email support@tticlub.com OR use online chat at the bottom right of your screen and let us know when and where you purchased ice. We'll verify your purchase and add a credit to your account.

Why was I charged more for ice than the bags I purchased when using a credit card?

When using a credit card for ice, the credit card company pre-authorizes a set amount to ensure you have funds before allowing the purchase. This is what you see immediately in your banking app. However, once all of your ice has been vended and you have completed your purchase, you will only be charged for the ice you received. This may take until the next business day to see the update in your banking app. If for some reason you do not see the corrected amount the next day, please call the ice machine phone number and select the machine support option. This will get you in contact with the machine owner who will assist you.

How can I delete my account and my data?

You may delete your account and all of your account data, credits, and funds by logging into your account and selcting the Delete Account option from the top right dropdown from the website.

From the TTI Club App

You may delete your account all all of your accont data, redits, and funds by logging into the app, selecting the settings gear icon at the bottom right, and then selecting the delte option.

How do I share my TTI#?

You get your TTI# when you join the TTI club. It's an 8-digit unique number. You may personize this number via the TTI Club website. See "How do I personalize my TTI Number?" to learn how. To share your TTI#, create a post on Facebook, Instagram or other social media telling your friends to get a free bag of ice by using your TTI#. Send it to your friends in a text message or share with your associates at your workplace. If your friend uses your TTI#, they get a free ice vend and you'll get a credit toward a free vend of your own. Share often. You may never have to pay for ice again!
